The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel will meet Thursday, August 29, 2019. The meeting will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton BWI and is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and conclude by 3:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to develop Fishery Performance Reports for all three species and also discuss preliminary results of operational stock assessments for scup and black sea bass if possible.
