The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet via webinar on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to develop recommendations for 2021 federal waters recreational management measures (i.e., possession limits, fish size limits, and/or open and closed seasons) for all three species.
