The Council’s Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish (MSB) Committee and Advisory Panel (AP) will meet via webinar on Monday, September 18, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Agenda: Develop recommendations on preferred alternatives in a framework adjustment to the MSB Fishery Management Plan that could implement volumetric vessel hold baseline requirement and vessel hold upgrade restriction for Illex limited access permits.
