NOAA Fisheries distributed the following announcement on March 28, 2014:
NOAA Fisheries today announced proposed modifications to 2014 summer flounder quotas. It is also announcing proposed quotas for summer flounder, scup and black sea bass for the fishing year 2015, as recommended by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council.
